RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Ballard Pipe Company. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Hence we offer a 30 days return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the same original packaging. Please include your order number and the receipt for your purchase in your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ship your item to:

EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please email us at

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
